Senior Project Mechanical Engineer

• Project Oversight: Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical activities from project initiation to completion.
• Planning & Budgeting: Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets specifically for mechanical works.
• Design & Estimation: Utilize design and estimation skills to ensure accurate project scoping.
• Compliance: Prepare permit drawings and necessary documentation, including PEZA requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise actual mechanical works and handle manpower professionally on-site.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, implement corrective actions to meet milestones, and prepare/submit progress claims alongside weekly and monthly reports.
• Risk & Change Management: Manage project risks, changes, and variations related to the mechanical scope; control costs and handle procurement and scheduling.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, owners, and internal mechanical teams.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in different site projects and occasional overtime to meet crucial deadlines.

• Education: Graduate of a Mechanical Engineering course.
• Credentials: Must be a Registered and Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid work experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with specific knowledge in supervising actual mechanical works and industrial projects.
• Software Proficiency: Knowledgeable in CAD programs and highly proficient in project management and engineering software.
• Technical Skills: Able to create and understand technical diagrams and design ideas.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
