Position Overview
The B2C Sales Executive drives direct sales to individual consumers and homeowners across our whole house solutions catalogue — spanning modular cabinets, residential furniture, and related interior offerings. This role requires a customer-centric approach, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through a consultative buying journey from initial inquiry to order close.The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for interiors and home design, thrives in a fast-paced showroom environment, and can confidently help clients build out their vision room by room — with a primary focus on modular cabinets as the core entry point for most residential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers and online inquiries, understanding their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations, showroom tours, and lifestyle presentations to prospective buyers
- Guide customers through the selection, customization, and purchasing process
- Follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns, referrals, and social media
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets
- Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with the operations team for fulfillment
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and update the CRM/sales tracker regularly
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to management for continuous improvement
- Participate in promotional events, client-PR events, and product launch activities
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related or design course, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or direct consumer sales. Experience in retail lifestyle brands is an advantage
- Warm, approachable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- With eye for design and furniture curation
- Ability to explain product features clearly to non-technical customers
- Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy
- Basic computer literacy; experience order management systems is a plus
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed
- Willing to travel within and outside Cebu for client presentations and site visits
- Willingness to work on weekends and attend client-related PR activities
- International and local travels as incentives
