Office Messenger (Urgent)
About the role
OCIC Consulting Int'l. Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Office Messenger to join our team in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. This full-time role will involve providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing- Ensure correct pick-up and delivery of documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or to other business concerns, traveling by foot, motorcycle, or public conveyance.
- Direct transactions only to clients/ persons specified in the instructions given.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods.
- Record information, such as items received and delivered.
- Responsible for routine maintenance of delivery vehicles, such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel.
- Maintaining and organizing cleanliness of the office and running some errands.
- Coordinate with immediate supervisor in every transaction made.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Manager and/or OCIC. Management
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures
- Average in both English and the local language
- Has motorcycle and must have valid driving license with restriction.
