Production machine operator

Job Description

1. Wears complete uniform and safety gadgets.
2. Checks, observes and maintains proper housekeeping in the line.
3. Follows strictly special instructions and standard operating procedures.
4. Checks material tools and worksheets to be used before processing.
5. Performs step by step procedures manually or with the use of machines depending on the required process.
6. Reports problems encountered in the process, machines, products and materials to immediate superior.
7. Accomplishes worksheets correctly and legibly and fills up with accurate data the hourly timesheet.
8. Follows the required safe procedures/methods in Job Hazard Analysis specifications or EMS 16010025.
9. Follow the procedure, regulations and codes pertaining to Labor, Human Rights and Ethics as specified in Management Systems Manual.
10. Perform regular Hazards Identification Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) to all processes.

2. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least Senior High School graduate / vocational/ or completed 2 years in college

With experience working in Manufacturing Industry

Amenable to work on a shifting schedule

Willing to work during weekends and holidays

Willing to be trained and certified in Plating Process
