About the role
As a Sales Manager at VALUEHOME FURNITURE TRADING', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team. This full-time position is based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, and will involve leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to the sales team to improve their performance and help them reach their full potential.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to encourage teamwork and drive sales success.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the company at trade events, industry conferences, and customer meetings to build relationships and promote the brand.
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the furniture or retail industry.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
