QA Administrator

• Compile details in product technical specifications and declarations of compliance in accordance with regulatory requirements and client specifications as provided by manufacturers.
• Monitor the daily status of pending projects and coordinate with stakeholders for follow-ups.
• Consolidate documentation files based on the Project QA Documentation List through effective communication via email or TEAMS to collect documents from internal departmental staff, suppliers, and factories.
• Update the Project Tracker for each project with consolidated and uploaded documentation.
• Review with QA any corrections, additional requirements, or revisions to the documentation to ensure complete quality records.
• Upload collected documents and reports to designated folders on SharePoint or the cloud.

The Person

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a QA role is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook is required, along with general technological aptitude.

• Highly motivated and eager to succeed.
• Willing to learn and grow in their career.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple issues and projects.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• High levels of enthusiasm and energy.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel to the office location.
