Job Description
Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities:
Workload Analysis- Analyze service call workloads and trends to determine optimal scheduling strategies.
- Recommend adjustments to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Create, schedule, and track service calls ensuring accurate assignment and timely resolution.
- Monitor call progress and take corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate installation schedules and vendor meetings.
- Assign installation activities based on geography and availability.
- Forecast and prepare for future workloads by anticipating service needs.
- Dispatch service calls strategically using priority, skillset, and geographic factors.
- Verify usage of parts in service calls and monitor inventory levels.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure parts availability.
- Support FSM with administrative and operational tasks.
- Monitor adherence to daily protocols including service call ETAs and safety procedures.
