• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Responsible to monitor Real Other Properties Owned by Philippine Investment Companies.
• Oversees and monitors status/updates of properties for Sale
• Supervises Sales & Marketing Officer
• Provides updates/reports to be submitted to the President and Chairman
• Conducts research on properties for sale.
• Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Negotiate with buyer to increase offer.
• Recommends sales pricing proposal for approval.
• Organize and maintain documents in a proper or electronic filing system.
• Collects payment.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Real Estate, Sales Management/ Marketing/Business Administration/Office Management/Political Science or equivalent
• Excellent skill in MS Office
• Excellent in verbal and written communication
• Driving Skills is an advantage for this role.
• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
• Preferably residing in Taguig or Nearby city
• At least 4 to 5 years actual experience in the Industry.
• Can start immediately
