Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily incoming and outgoing deliveries and inventories of both local and imported plastic resins
- Strategically plan, monitor, and maximize warehouse area and space in line with the existing and incoming container shipments
- Supervise all warehouse personnel activity on stacking newly arrived items
- Ensure accuracy of inventory count and submit daily and weekly report/update to management
- Ensure loose resin pellets are swept, kept and accounted for
- Keep track of any damaged bags and ensure these are properly recorded, fixed and labeled
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all warehouses at all times
- Bachelor's Degree or any related course in the position
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Supervisor for minimum of Five (5) years
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan
