Key Responsibilities- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for roles including developers, project managers, designers, and other technical or niche roles.
- Utilize job boards, Boolean search techniques, and ATS platforms to identify and engage qualified talent.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across various roles and industries.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as submittals, interviews, and hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account leads to improve sourcing strategies.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and market developments to support effective hiring efforts.
- 1 to 2+ years of US recruitment experience, ideally handling technical or niche roles
- Familiarity in using ATS platforms and job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Confident making cold calls and reaching out to passive candidates
- Knows how to use Boolean search and sourcing tricks to find great talent across different industries
- This role requires eagerness to learn, grit to tackle challenges, and a strong drive to grow as a Technical Recruiter
