We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Technical Sales Engineer / Solutions Specialist who can translate technical knowledge into real-world solutions and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do- Manage and grow a technical sales territory across Luzon
- Conduct product demonstrations, field testing, and technical presentations
- Understand client requirements and recommend integrated engineering solutions
- Handle a diverse product portfolio (industrial, renewable, and safety solutions)
- Build long-term relationships as a trusted technical advisor
- Generate new business through site visits, prospecting, and networking
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution designs
- Achieve monthly sales targets and activity KPIs
- Base salary + competitive commission (high earning potential)
- Full technical and product training across multiple solution lines
- Exposure to industrial AND renewable energy sectors
- Strong internal support (technical, marketing, operations)

Who Can Apply
We are open to engineers and technically skilled professionals:
- Engineering graduates (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
- Engineering technology / TESDA / vocational graduates
- Professionals with hands-on experience in:
- Industrial equipment and tools
- Solar or renewable energy systems
- Maintenance, repair, or field service
- Construction, plant operations, or safety/rescue equipment
- If you can understand technical systems and confidently explain solutions to clients, you are a strong fit.
- 2–5+ years in technical sales OR hands-on technical roles
- Interest or exposure in industrial OR renewable energy solutions
- Ability to learn diverse products and recommend the right solution
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and site visits across Luzon
- Technical diploma, certification, or degree (engineering or related field)
- Physically capable of handling equipment (25kg+)
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Legally authorized to work in the Philippines
