- Develop and manage succession planning frameworks for critical and leadership positions.
- Design and implement leadership, functional, and technical capability development programmes.

Non-Negotiables- Proven experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or related HR disciplines.
- Strong track record in performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Excellent facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience within a large, complex, or multi-site organisation.
- Exposure to talent assessment tools and leadership frameworks.
- Background in workforce planning and capability-building initiatives.
- Experience supporting regional or enterprise-wide talent programmes.
