Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• At least 6 months of international customer service experience is an advantage
• Applicants without BPO experience are welcome to apply if they possess strong communication skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• College Level applicants with at least 2 years of CSR experience, including 3 months of TSR experience
• College Graduates with at least 1 year of TSR experience
