• Core Accounting Operations
• Lead and perform daily accounting activities, including period-end closing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Oversee and ensure accuracy in client accounts receivable, including the preparation and timely issuance of invoices.
• Manage daily bank reconciliations, monitor transactions, and ensure timely cash application.
• Review and approve bi-monthly payroll accounting entries.
• Ensure timely execution of month-end and year-end close activities.
• Reconcile complex accounts and troubleshoot discrepancies with precision.
• Provide expert support to internal and external client entities with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and statements aligned with accounting standards and organizational protocols.
