Key Roles and Responsibilities- Core Accounting Operations
- Lead and perform daily accounting activities, including period-end closing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy in client accounts receivable, including the preparation and timely issuance of invoices.
- Manage daily bank reconciliations, monitor transactions, and ensure timely cash application.
- Review and approve bi-monthly payroll accounting entries.
- Ensure timely execution of month-end and year-end close activities.
- Reconcile complex accounts and troubleshoot discrepancies with precision.
- Provide expert support to internal and external client entities with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and statements aligned with accounting standards and organizational protocols.
