- Coordination with Technical Manager. The Technical Manager (TM) to relay information to Design Manager and provide necessary steering and management for the initial concept and approach.
- Technical Review: Assess all project-related documents, including CAD files/printouts, technical and geotechnical reports, specifications and other relevant technical information such as related design codes and standards.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with design team providing feedback and insights based on hands-on experience and knowledge.
- Design Review and Calculations. Review of design outputs performed by technical engineers and provide the necessary technical/design advice to achieve accurate, optimal and safe design.
- Material & Methodology Selection: Choose appropriate materials and construction methodologies based on project's needs in consideration with design requirement and actual site conditions.
- Problem-Solving: Address any technical challenges, such as unstable soil conditions or challenging terrain, by employing engineering principles and innovative solutions.
- Client Design Team Interaction: Act as the technical point of contact for client’s design team, addressing concerns and responding to comments for submission in timely manner.
