Company Nurse

PHIL-UNION FROZEN FOODS, INC.

We are a seafood export manufacturing firm based in Mactan Economic Zone 1, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines. We manufacture pasteurized canned crabmeat, frozen tuna, block frozen shrimps, cooked sliced octopus, & other seafood products to US, Europe, and Asian markets.

We are in need of:

COMPANY NURSE

• Conduct health assessments and physical examinations for employees to identify health risks and needs.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance in case of workplace injuries or health emergencies.
• Educate employees on health and wellness topics, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and disease prevention.
• Monitor the health of employees exposed to occupational hazards and conduct regular health screenings.
• Coordinate with the HR / Admin Manager to sustain the implementation of health and safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Document and report workplace incidents and accidents, including investigations and follow-up actions.
• Assist company physician during visitation.
• Monitor and ensure enough inventory of medicines for employees and first aid kits.
• Liaise with external healthcare providers and facilities for referrals, treatments, and follow-up care for employees.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Nursing with PRC. Preferred with OHNAP Certificate.
• Understanding of health assessments, emergency care, and occupational health principles.
• Organizational skills for managing records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining health and safety documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
