Performs analytic and administrative task including preparation of the following reports and oversees General Insurance Underwriting team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of reports for sales and underwriting as well as of the IC and compliance
- Works fast and accurate with the goal of shorter turnaround time. Works together as a team to meet our goals. Participates in enhancement of systems and processes
- Building good communications with our agents/brokers. Collaborate with Sales team to meet our clients need. Conduct occasional client visit
- Responsible for the overview of the general day-to-day functions of Underwriting Team
- Assist in the staffing function in the Underwriting Team such as interviewing of new applicants, training, file review and recommending personnel actions such as promotions, transfer, discharges and disciplinary measures
- Manual Issuance of CARI, CGL, MARINE, GPA new and renewal policy
