Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Process payments, manage invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Accounts Payable: Handle vendor invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Taxation: Assist with tax return preparation and maintain tax records.
- Payroll: Process payroll, maintain records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- General Support: Help with month-end closing, prepare reports, and organize financial documents.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in accounting, including accounts receivable, payable, taxation, and payroll.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Certified Bookkeeper is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPA (Preferred)
