Performance Test Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in performance testing tools and methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure system scalability, stability, and reliability
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests for applications.
- Prepare detailed performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
- Work with LoadRunner (Enterprise / Cloud) for test execution and analysis.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and APM tools.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
- Ensure adherence to performance testing lifecycle and best practices.
- Strong experience in performance testing (load, stress, endurance testing)
- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise / LoadRunner Cloud
- Programming knowledge in Java / .NET / C
- Experience in performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Prometheus, APM)
- Strong understanding of performance testing lifecycle and methodologies
- Experience in test metrics, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with automation tools like Appium
- Knowledge of scripting for test automation
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
