About the role
Radtelcom Technologies Corporation is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales for our innovative telecommunications solutions.This is a full-time, on-site position that offers excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing- Actively prospect and generate leads to build a robust sales pipeline
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with our technical teams to provide pre-sales support and ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex telecommunications solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Proactive, self-motivated and customer-centric approach to work
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
