Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Civil Engineer with a strong background in managing industrial plant, warehouse, and mechanical piping projects. If you're passionate about delivering quality construction outcomes and leading project teams to success, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise mechanical piping installation and integration within industrial plant and warehouse facilities.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee construction estimates, scheduling, procurement, and documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, progress, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide leadership and direction to the existing project team and subcontractors.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC passer).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing industrial plant and warehouse construction, including mechanical piping systems.
- Familiar with PCAB licensing requirements and industry-standard estimation tools.
- Strong background in construction estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing a multidisciplinary team.
