A Systems Administrator is expected to:
- With more than 6,000 professionals across 9 delivery centers in the Philippines, MicroSourcing remains the country’s largest provider of offshoring solutions.
- Systems Administrator, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing!
- Help process timesheets and run payroll every week
- Help in creating and managing Jobscience/Salesforce Dashboard
- Need to be able to have expertise in Excel reports to help maintain reports across all the departments
- Involve in any project-related plan development using Jobscience/Salesforce
- Attend Development Training for Systems Administrator and possibly be a Subject Matter
- Be an expert in all systems-related tools of the company, as part of the employee’s career development plan. (modules and measurements will be provided and targets must be met)
- Ensure reliable operation and systems administration of the following but not limited to, JobScience, Sirenum, Reporting, Spreadsheets, Merit, Sage, Etc.
- MISC Reporting, which is all Excel/spreadsheet-driven related internal reporting And all other duties assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
What it takes to be part of our team:
- At least 1 year of extensive experience using Excel/Spreadsheet
- Good experience with high-level stakeholder interaction
- Salesforce ADM201 (Admin) certification (desirable)
- Clear & confident technical communication skills
- Knowledge of design and development of databases, business intelligence, and reporting systems
