Job Description
- Bad Parts Inspection
- Checking of In-warranty and out-warranty parts from all SCs • Inspect the defect (physical appearance) of the actual part received from all SCs and cross-check with the data encoded in system and report any discrepancies
- Bad Parts Consolidation
- Ensures that all Bad Parts received in HQ from Service Centers are encoded, detailed, organized, and attachments are complete
- Bad Part Report (DOA, IN & OUT warranty)
- Sort checked bad parts and label them according to their specifications (if in-warranty or out-warranty) and properly store in warehouse
- Warehouse Bad Parts Inventory
- Submission of Monthly Inventory Report every 2nd week of the month
- Ensures no discrepancies in the inventory
- Receiving of New Materials
- Assisting in unboxing of newly arrived materials within 2 days
- Others
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Atleast vocational diploma or bachelor's degree of any field
- Keen to details & proficient in use of Microsoft office especially excel.
- atleast 1 year of related work experience
- must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Required language: English, Filipino
