Overview

Clicktek Consulting Inc. is expanding its Digital Shared Services team and is searching for a highly autonomous Senior DevOps Engineer to own the design, automation, and continuous optimization of our DevOps practice. You will champion reliable, secure, and lightning-fast delivery pipelines that support a Microsoft-centric eCommerce landscape spanning Azure, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Shopify.

• Azure DevOps Leadership – Architect, implement, and maintain Azure-centric CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions) that enable friction-less, audit-ready deployments.
• eCommerce Release Management – Oversee high-velocity release cycles for composable commerce platforms, ensuring zero-downtime rollouts and rapid rollback capability.
• Dynamics 365 & Shopify Automation – Build and govern deployment frameworks for Dynamics 365 F&O extensions and Shopify theme/app changes, integrating test automation wherever possible.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Enforce Terraform or Bicep standards to codify Azure resources, AKS clusters, and networking constructs.
• Observability & Incident Response – Instrument Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to surface actionable alerts; spearhead root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Security & Compliance – Embed security controls (RBAC, Azure AD, Key Vault, network policies) and champion DevSecOps best practices across pipelines.
• Process Ownership – Identify bottlenecks, own the DevOps road map, and evangelize modern practices (shift left testing, feature flags, blue/green deployments).
• Mentorship – Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.

• 8+ years of progressive DevOps/SRE experience, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Azure services (AKS, App Service, Functions, VMs, Storage, VNETs).
• Proven delivery of robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on IaC expertise with Terraform or Bicep; comfortable executing ARM/Bash/PowerShell scripts.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes).
• Experience supporting high-traffic eCommerce or customer-facing SaaS platforms, including blue/green or canary deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations release patterns and Shopify theme/app deployment workflows.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Solid grounding in Azure networking, IAM, and security best practices.
• Fluent English communicator comfortable collaborating with U.S. and Australian counterparts.
• Willingness to work mid-shift to graveyard hours to align with global release windows.

• Exposure to AWS services and cross-cloud networking patterns.
• Experience integrating Boomi or similar iPaaS solutions into deployment pipelines.
• Certification(s): Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or CKA/CKAD.
