Role Overview:
As a Telemarketing Agent at EmpowerU, Inc., you'll be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts. Your mission will be to reach out to potential customers, enlighten them about the value of our products and services, and encourage their participation in our informative webinars and seminars.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client relationships, setting the stage for meaningful interactions and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to confirm client attendance at webinars.
- Generate leads for rebooking (no-show and canceled clients) and follow up on inquiries.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating when needed.
- Plan and execute online webinars, handling logistics like scheduling, registration, and attendee communication for smooth operation and high engagement.
- Monitor and address chat queries during webinars, track and report attendance, and create/distribute webinar invitations via SMS and email.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree holder with at least 2 years of call center experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service.
- Exceptional English communication skills with a knack for persuasive conversation.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with Salesforce experience being a significant plus.
- A dedicated professional, ready to work weekends and public holidays, with an immediate availability to start.
