HR Business Partner

You will play a key role in bridging HR practices with business needs, contributing to workforce effectiveness and overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets to support payroll operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution on HR-related matters
• Manage and resolve client escalations related to staffing and performance issues
• Oversee employee contracts, including monitoring expirations, facilitating extensions, and ensuring proper documentation
• Communicate project completion, transitions, and next steps clearly to employees
• Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and operational needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations and HR operations
• Working knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and payroll processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with employees, clients, and leadership
• Experience in onboarding or HR support functions is an advantage
• Can start ASAP
