Travel Consultant - Night Shift

ATPI is on the lookout for an experienced Travel Consultant-Night Shift to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Travel Consultant-Night Shift is primary responsible in handling reservations, ticketing, and reissuance whenever necessary.

Some of the job duties include but not limited to:

1. Providing clients at least two accurate fare quotation, accurate service charge, and complete information needed within the agreed client-specific SLA to ensure smooth travel of passenger at all times.
2. Accurately advise clients all the documentations needed for countries with immigration requirements.
3. Ensuring 100% compliance to Operations policies and procedures.

Candidates must possess:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Travel/Tourism or any related courses is preferred.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in an airline or travel industry.
3. High proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Amadeus.
4. Excellent computer skills to be able to adapt easily to ATPI technologies.

Candidates must be open to work on 24/7 operational schedule, with rotations for the Morning Shift, After Office Hours Shift, and/or Weekends shift, holidays, and onsite.

Marine or Corporate Travel and International Booking experiences are required.
