We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to lead our front-end development team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can set technical direction, define development methodologies, and drive the adoption of scalable front-end frameworks.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our applications while mentoring developers and ensuring code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment
Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies for the front-end team
Evaluate and recommend front-end frameworks, libraries, and tools aligned with our product and business goals
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Back-End Developers to deliver seamless, user-friendly interfaces
Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility of all front-end code
Oversee code reviews, performance optimization, and continuous integration/deployment practices
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and share knowledge across the team
Take ownership of the front-end architecture and advocate for scalable and maintainable codebases

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Advanced proficiency in React (or Vue/Angular), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working in microservices architectures
Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and code review processes
Familiar with Redux, Zustand, Recoil, Jest, Cypress
Experience with Next.js, Docker, and cloud-based deployments; knowledge of secure API practices
