Voice Sales Agent - Muntinlupa

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site Only)

We are looking for confident and motivated Sales Agents to join our local voice account team. This is a Filipino-speaking account, and all communication will be done in Tagalog/Filipino — no English required.

You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, assist customers, and help close sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Important Notes:

• This is a strictly on-site position.
• We do not offer work-from-home or hybrid setups.
• Minimum duty is 12 hours per day, shifting schedule may apply.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Filipino/Tagalog
• Experience in sales or BPO is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, goal-driven, and customer-focused
• Willing to work long hours and shifting schedules
