Job Description
Posted on 19 July 2025- Obtains all relevant information from the previous shift, including the volume of business, special guests and tasks to be clarified.
- Carries out all administrative duties in cooperation with the Guest Service Manager and Guest Service Supervisor.
- Monitors and checks Very Important Persons (VIP) treatments with the Guest Service Manager.
- Checks arrival and departure reports.
- Gives courtesy call to all Very Important Person (VIP) guests.
- Assists in the preparation for group arrivals
- Ensures good cooperation and regular exchange of information with all departments, colleagues, supervisors and managers in the department.
- Provides correct information about the products and services of Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark Cebu.
Qualifications/Requirements
Has a degree preferably in the hospitality management or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Must be fluent in Korean Language (both oral and written)
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
