Finance Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Pasay. This role oversees all aspects of finance, including planning, reporting, and communicating financial forecasts and results. The candidate will manage the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, define processes and internal controls, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to Management and HQ. Your excellent analytical skills will be put to use as you provide insightful financial analyses on key variances against budget and previous year's performances.You will also monitor Accounts Receivables collection from distributors, liaise with auditors, select and implement a local ERP system with HQ support, and be accountable for implementing relevant business processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting to Management and HQ
- Provide insightful financial analyses of key variances vs budget and last year's performances in terms of sales, gross margin, costs, and profitability
- Monitor Accounts Receivables collection from distributors to ensure overdue are minimized and timely collections are made to achieve optimized cash flow management
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
- Select and implement local ERP system with the support of the HQ Finance and IT team
- Accountable for the implementation of relevant business process and management reporting according to HQ requirements
