What You'll Do:
- Inspect and maintain office systems (aircon, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Support office safety compliance, SOPs, and emergency drills
- Conduct routine maintenance and assist with space upgrades
- Work with Admin and other departments to keep facilities efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Board Passer preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, or building maintenance
- Knows how to inspect, report, and coordinate repairs
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
