Creative Content Strategist
We are looking for a Creative Content Strategist who can turn ideas into content that gets attention, builds trust, and drives leads.
This role is perfect for someone who understands social media, paid ads, landing pages, brand messaging, and how to create content that people actually want to engage with. You should be creative, organized, and able to work closely with designers, video editors, PPC specialists, and the marketing team.
What You’ll Do
As a Creative Content Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, writing, and improving content across different marketing channels.
Your work will include:
- Creating content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Writing ad copy, hooks, headlines, captions, and landing page content
- Planning creative concepts for static ads, video ads, reels, and short-form content
- Researching competitors, trends, customer pain points, and market angles
- Working with designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life
- Creating content calendars and campaign ideas
- Testing different messages, offers, and creative angles
- Reviewing ad performance and improving content based on results
- Helping the team build stronger brand messaging and campaign direction
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can think creatively but also understands business results.
You should have:
- Experience in content strategy, creative strategy, copywriting, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong writing skills in English
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or social media content
- Ability to create hooks, headlines, offers, and content angles
- Basic understanding of customer psychology and lead generation
- Ability to research competitors and turn insights into content ideas
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills
These are not required, but they are a plus:
- Experience working with paid ads teams
- Experience creating content for service-based businesses
- Experience with AI tools for content creation and research
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Experience writing scripts for short videos or UGC-style ads
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Figma, Notion, or similar tools
