Job Overview
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Collections) to manage day-to-day collections activities and dispute resolution, ensuring timely payments and accurate account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform collections activities including follow-ups on overdue accounts
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes and billing issues
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and aging reports
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
- Support month-end closing and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections
- Strong reconciliation and dispute resolution skills
- ERP/SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
