Qualifications:
- Graduate of Architecture
- Licensed Architect is preferred
- Experience in architectural design, floor plans, 2D/3D design, and client presentations
- Must be comfortable talking to clients online or over the phone
- Can explain designs, project ideas, and construction concepts clearly
- With good communication and presentation skills
- Responsible, organized, and can work with minimal supervision
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and present architectural designs, floor plans, and design concepts
- Talk to clients professionally and confidently
- Assist in client consultations and design discussions
- Help explain project proposals, design options, and next steps
- Coordinate with the construction and engineering team
We are looking for someone who can design well, communicate well, and help clients feel confident in moving forward.
