Remote / WFH Architectural Revit Designer
About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Revit Detailer to join our remote team at Bhan Art Outsourcing Studio. As a Remote / WFH Revit Detailer, you will play a crucial role in the production of architectural design plans and technical drawings.This full-time position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance your work and personal commitments effectively. For International Documentation, in the US, UK, Australia, Asia and Middle East.
Applicants must have a stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 25+ Mbps to support remote collaboration and file sharing requirements.
What you'll be doing- Producing detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on architectural designs and specifications
- Drafting and modifying plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings using CAD software
- Collaborating with the design team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all technical deliverables
- Providing support in the development and maintenance of CAD standards and BIM templates
- Staying up-to-date with the latest BIM CAD software and industry trends
- Assisting with the preparation of project documentation and presentations
- Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural CAD drafting, ideally in a remote or work-from-home setting
- Proficient in using Revit/BIM software
- Advanced user proficiency level required in Revit software
- Excellent technical drawing and BIM 3D modelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the design team
- Familiarity with construction materials, International building codes, and industry regulations
- Previous experience with International building documentation is preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software updates
