Tasks & responsibilities: Talks to customers on the telephone; presents software value to customers; and promptly recognize clients’ needs.
Solves routine and complex problems using information sources provided, or by conceptual and innovative thinking, with or without supervision.Recognizes problems, collects and analyzes data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions with minimal supervision.
Works closely with Supervisor in matters that need escalation to the appropriate internal authority and issues requiring immediate attention and resolution. Provides special reports to Supervisor on as needed basis.
Takes ownership of assigned cases including documentation, making follow up calls, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Completed Senior High School or a Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- With or without Customer Service work experience.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Must be dynamic and open for new learnings.
- Willing to work on a night shift onsite
