Overview
The Electrical Engineering Specialist will be responsible for providing expertise in electrical design and implementation. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles and a track record of successful project execution in the retail or commercial environment.
Responsibilities
Electrical Systems Design
Lead the design and development of electrical systems for retail stores, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, and relevant industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall store design.
Project Execution
Provide direct supervision of electrical works for retail stores, providing technical expertise to ensure project success.
Ensure project timelines are adhered to while maintaining high-quality standards.
Quality Assurance
Implement and uphold quality control processes to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems in retail stores.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Technical Documentation
Prepare detailed technical documentation, not limited to electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and reports.
Maintain accurate records of design changes projects, approvals, and project progress.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
Act as a technical liaison during project meetings and discussions.
Innovation
Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of electrical systems in retail environments.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license is a requirement.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on retail or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Familiar with quantity surveying (QS) principles.
- Basic understanding of project management standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Highly organized team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MSO applications, and other relevant tools.
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City (Full-time)
