• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per month

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares Request for Information (RFI) pertaining to tender/bid documents and existing site conditions.
• Plans and organizes technical submittals as a requirement in tendering/ bidding process such as Site Utilization Plan, Tender Schedule, Table of Organization, Construction Methodology, Manpower and Equipment Loading, Quality Control Plan, Health, Safety and Environmental Program, etc.
• Lead in developing a project presentation of construction methodology if required by Owner/ Construction Manager during tender/ bid process.
• Liaises with Site Engineers in developing construction work methodologies.
• Coordinates and collects weekly/ monthly progress updates from Site Engineers.
• Updates the Project Execution Schedule based on actual progress on site.
• Generates Look ahead and Critical Path Schedules
• Analyze updated schedule and recommends mitigation to recover delays.
• Generate S-Curve and Cash flow projection.
• Incorporate Modification/ Change orders to the Project Execution Schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, with professional license.
• At least two (2) year construction experience as Site Engineer or Quantity Surveyor
• Knowledgeable in Project Management Software P6.
• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
