Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, customer service, vendor management, compliance support, or related roles
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience working in a growth-oriented environment, preferably within a business-to-business services organization
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of client's software and other applications used in the documentation and delivery of vendor due diligence services
  • Build a general understanding of privacy and risk management regulations applicable to financial institutions, including due diligence documentation requirements for service provider compliance and ongoing monitoring
  • Partner closely with client managers and risk analysts to support client deliverables and team objectives
  • Develop a working knowledge of the responsibilities and functions of both client managers and risk analysts
  • Become proficient in all foundational Associate Vendor Coordinator tasks and processes
  • Contribute to team success by providing administrative, compliance, and vendor due diligence support as needed
