As Sr. Services Technician with Insight, you will hold a position that will be responsible for monitoring, administration, and break/fix support of client’s managed appliance. You will be working with a team of IT professionals in delivering 24x7 IT support services to clients across different industries.The Services Technician will utilize his knowledge, skills and abilities to resolve client’s issues with respect to agreed SLA, participates in improvement of our current processes and utilize our plethora of tools and systems.

As Sr. Services Technician, you will get to:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain server infrastructure and perform network administration on managed devices.
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve client issues remotely via phone, chat, or self-service, escalating unresolved problems as necessary.
- Contribute to process improvements and update the knowledge base while completing other assigned tasks as required.
- Report to the operations or shift Team Lead and collaborate with engineers for solutions when needed.

We are looking for Sr. Services Technician with:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field from a four-year institution
- Experience in IBMiAS400 is required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a NOC or similar IT environment covering server, network, database, and storage support, including remote troubleshooting
- Adaptable to fast-changing requirements and operational goals
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Effective at managing multiple priorities
- Communicate well at all organizational levels
