DevSecOps Engineer New

Executive Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a #1 global market leader in digital shopper marketing. Our client is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer. This job offers a Hybrid arrangement (3x onsite, 2x WFH in a week) located in Makati and on a night shift.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to help us build and maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient engineering environment.

You'll work closely with Engineering and IT to:

• Improve deployment and infrastructure practice
• Strengthen security where it matter
• Remove unnecessary complexity and friction

Key Job Responsibilities

• Design and maintain infrastructure in Azure
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Help teams move toward simpler, more reliable environments

• Integrate security into CI/CD (SAST, dependency scanning, secrets management)
• Work with Engineering to address vulnerabilities pragmatically
• Ensure security controls are proportionate and usable

• Work with Entra / Azure AD for application and service access
• Support secure authentication patterns (SSO, RBAC, least privilege)
• Help standardize access across services

• Set up and tune logging, observability, and monitoring
• Support incident response and root cause analysis
• Reduce noise - focus on signals that matter

• Evaluate existing tools and remove overlap where possible
• Avoid introducing unnecessary vendors or complexity
• Favor built-in platform capabilities (Azure, Microsoft stack) where appropriate

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure (or similar cloud platforms)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with:
• SAST / dependency scanning
• Secrets management
• Container security (nice to have)
• Experience with identity and access management (Entra / Azure AD, SSO)
• Comfort working across engineering and IT boundaries
