SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with client goals, brand identity, and audience engagement objectives.
• Manage content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Coordinate with the Creative subdivision to produce engaging graphics, videos, and multimedia content.
• Write clear and compelling captions, post copy, and hashtags tailored to each platform’s best practices.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep strategies relevant and effective.
• Analyze content performance using insights and analytics, and provide reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure timely posting and scheduling of content using social media management tools.
• Maintain consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and creative ideas for campaigns and content series.
• Stay informed on competitors’ social media strategies and industry benchmarks.
• Support community management tasks such as responding to comments or coordinating with client reps for inquiries.
• Develop and implement strategy plans using Meta Business Suite to align with brand goals.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to reach target audiences and improve ROI.
• Able to handle and organize multiple social media accounts
