AWG Architectural Design Quezon City Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Control & Management
- Maintain and organize all project documents, including drawings, plans, contracts, and reports
- Ensure proper filing, labeling, and version control of documents (hardcopy and digital)
- Monitor document revisions and updates to avoid duplication or outdated use
- Log incoming and outgoing documents and maintain tracking records
- Assist in preparation of reports, transmittals, and document submissions
- Blueprint Printing & Technical Support
- Print architectural and engineering drawings (A1, A2, A3 sizes) using plotters/printers
- Ensure correct scaling, layout, and quality of printed plans
- Bind, sort, and distribute drawings to concerned departments or site personnel
- Coordinate with engineers/architects for correct printing requirements
- Liaison & Coordination
- Act as liaison between office, project sites, clients, suppliers, and government offices
- Deliver and collect documents from external parties when required
- Follow up approvals, permits, and document status with agencies or partners
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications
- Administrative & Clerical Support
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases
- Prepare correspondence such as emails, letters, and internal memos
- Answer phone calls, receive visitors, and handle inquiries professionally
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Document Handling & Delivery
- Prepare, scan, photocopy, and distribute documents
- Send documents via courier, email, or hand-carry when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation of all sent/received items
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
- Office Maintenance & Support
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of work areas
- Monitor and replenish office supplies (paper, ink, folders, etc.)
- Ensure office equipment (printer, scanner, computers) are in good working condition
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
- General Office Assistance
- Support engineers, architects, and management with administrative tasks
- Assist in procurement requests and basic inventory monitoring
- Help in preparation of project documentation for submission (permits, compliance, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate of any business, administrative, or related course (or equivalent experience)
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Experience in clerical, administrative, or document control work is an advantage
- Familiarity with construction/engineering documents is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
- Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
