Manila - Construction Equipment Department Head

• About the Role
• We are seeking a seasoned Construction Equipment Department Head to lead and expand our CE sales operations. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker and dynamic manager with extensive sales experience and strong industry connections. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the team, building key partnerships, and aligning departmental performance with the company’s goals.

• Reports to: CV and CE Division Head (Expat)
• Supervises: 5 CE Account Officers (to be hired)

Key Responsibilities

Management & Strategic Oversight:

• Lead departmental planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
• Analyze gaps and implement corrective actions to meet business targets
• Guide, develop, and evaluate team performance
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and operations
• Ensure alignment of CE operations with company objectives

Functional Leadership:

• Develop and expand the Construction Equipment portfolio
• Coach and mentor CE Account Officers
• Manage partnerships with key dealers and distributors
• Strategically negotiate and manage internal/external partnerships
• Represent the department in cross-functional initiatives and leadership meetings

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Experience:

• 10–15 years of progressive sales experience (ground-up preferred)
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
• Background in banking, finance, or equipment sales is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Industry knowledge and strong network in the CE space
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork

Compensation Package:

• Monthly Basic Salary: ₱85,000 – ₱120,000
• Other Compensation & Benefits:
• 13th Month Pay

Upon Joining:

Quarterly Variable Pay based on:

• Booking volume (financing performance)
• Asset quality (client payment behavior)
• Bonuses, Allowances, & Subsidies
• Communication Allowance: ₱1,500/month
• Shell Fleet Card: 150 liters/month (for official use)
• Reimbursement: Toll and parking fees for official trips

Insurance & Healthcare:

• HMO: 110k MBL per sickness/year
• Group Life & Accident Insurance: 36x monthly basic salary

Upon Regularization (6 Months):

• Rice Subsidy: ₱1,500/month
• Clothing Allowance: ₱3,000/year
• Medical Assistance: ₱3,600/year
• Car Plan to be discuss during the interview
• Leave Benefits:
• 15 Vacation Leaves (max of 10 convertible to cash yearly)
• 15 Sick Leaves (max of 10 convertible to cash yearly)
• 5 Emergency Leaves (non-convertible, for calamities & bereavement)
