JOB SUMMARY: An HR Assistant often assists with HR operations like as recruiting, onboarding, personnel record maintenance, and payroll processing. They execute administrative work, respond to employee queries, and assist in the implementation of human resources policy.They also help with things including training, staff engagement, and event coordination.
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding: Assists with job advertising, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.Employee Records Management: Keeps correct personnel records, including data input and changes in HR systems.
Payroll and benefits: Assists with payroll processing, benefits administration, and responding to employee inquiries.
Administrative Support: Handles administrative work, administers the HR inbox, and offers clerical assistance.
Employee Relations: Supports employee relations activities, responds to employee queries, and assists with dispute resolution.
Training and Development: Assists in scheduling training sessions for employees.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Open for fresh graduates
- Good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and attentive to details.
