Job Summary
The Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and growing the online presence of RC Group of Companies through strategic digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and online advertising. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating inquiries and leads, promoting company services and properties, and strengthening audience engagement across digital platforms.
The position requires creativity, marketing strategy, and the ability to produce engaging content aligned with the branding and business goals of the company’s various properties, conference centers, commercial establishments, and affiliated businesses.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Social Media Management- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Create and schedule engaging social media content such as photos, videos, reels, captions, and promotional materials
- Monitor online engagement, messages, comments, and inquiries
- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
- Increase followers, engagement, and online visibility across all company platforms
- Implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads, inquiries, bookings, and business opportunities
- Run and monitor Facebook Ads, boosted posts, Google Ads, and other online advertising campaigns
- Optimize online presence and digital branding of the company and its affiliated businesses
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor monitoring
- Assist in improving website content and online promotions
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, suppliers, or third-party marketing partners when necessary
- Produce marketing materials, posters, pubmats, brochures, and digital advertisements
- Create promotional content for company properties, events, conferences, commercial spaces, and other services
- Conduct photo and video coverage of company properties, activities, and events
- Ensure consistent branding and professional presentation across all platforms
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media and marketing performance reports
- Track analytics, engagement, reach, leads, and campaign effectiveness
- Maintain digital files, marketing assets, and promotional archives
- Assist management in planning marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, events, commercial properties, or related industries is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and digital marketing platforms
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar editing/design tools
- Knowledge in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and online marketing strategies is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to conduct fieldwork, property visits, and event coverage when necessary
- Willing to work on-site as assigned by management
- Full-time position
- Monday to Thursday - 8am to 6pm
- Friday - 8am to 5pm
- Weekends Off
