Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of company facilities, equipment, and utilities. This role ensures that all workplace areas are properly maintained, compliant with company standards, and conducive to efficient daily operations.

• Monitor and maintain office, warehouse, and facility conditions to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of company premises, equipment, utilities, and building systems.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, lighting, and other facility systems.
• Supervise third-party service providers, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot minor facility and equipment issues and coordinate major repairs when necessary.
• Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts inventory.
• Monitor fire safety equipment and ensure regular inspections and certifications.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, permits, and service reports.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding facility requirements and improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or related roles.
• Knowledge of building maintenance systems, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
• Must be amenable for travel to multiple warehouse locations (Valenzuela, QC).
