- Ensures effective and efficient materials preparation processes.
- Ensures conformance of products to the set required standards.
- Ensures timely processing of ERP transaction.
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of respective work area.
II. Skills Required:
- Technical Skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge on manufacturing machinery operations
- Behavioral Skills
- Good organizational skills and profound ability to schedule multiple activities and resources for efficient and effective utilization.
- Proficient interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Time management skills.
- Must be versatile and flexible in any work schedule: holidays, and/or overtime.
III. Qualifications:
- Preferably Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering or any 4-year business course.
- With work experience as Foreman or Production Leader.
