Qualifications & experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with previous experience in managing a sales team preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent people management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and senior leaders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • A strong understanding of the sales industry, with knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Team Leadership - lead, give training, provide feedback, and set clear goals for the team to achieve their sales target.
  • Performance Management - Conduct regular performance evaluations, recognize and reward top performers, and identify training and development needs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales target as Manila Sales Team Leader.
  • Reporting and Analysis - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management (CEO, Financial Controller, NSM).
  • Reporting: Supply all data required to support the Australian Sales Manager (NSM) in meetings, presentations, and company reports.
  • Process Efficiencies: Automate the production of marketing materials, reports, and communications using Microsoft 365 apps and identify other efficiencies that will reduce the time and cost spent on manual or repetitive tasks.
  • Database Management: Ensure all databases are updated and warehoused in appropriate CRMs or apps and name the correct contact people of relevant opportunities for cold calling.
  • Marketing Specialist: Collaborate with the NSM in creating or updating marketing materials and Oversee creation and customization of daily and special announcement materials.
